　　4.2 澳大利亚埃迪卡拉动物化石的见证

　　1946年，科学家在澳大利亚阿德雷得弗林斯德山脉埃迪卡拉山丘上（Ediacara Hills, Flinders Ranges National Park, North of the City of Adelaide, Australia）发现许多埃迪卡拉动物化石群（Ediacarans fossils），也被证明为寒武纪时代。其动物化石标本的肌肉、肠道和神经索等都清晰可见，保存得相当完好。（图6-8）
